The RRS Inner Circle is a product-specific programme for selected users who will use RRS systems in their own operating context and share useful feedback. The initial programme target is up to 50 selected participants; this page does not confirm current availability or acceptance.
What participation involves
- Use the relevant RRS product or systems under the terms provided before acceptance.
- Share honest feedback about your experience, including problems, mixed results and requested improvements. Positive feedback is not required.
- We may invite participants to provide written feedback and, where they are comfortable, a video testimonial.
Your feedback and privacy
Providing feedback does not give RRS permission to publish it. We will seek separate permission before publishing identifiable comments, names, business details, photographs or video. If feedback is published, attributed reviewers will be able to review the final wording, and any free access or other benefit will be disclosed.
Terms before acceptance
Exact access, included systems, limits, third-party charges, upgrades and support obligations will be provided for review before acceptance. This page does not promise free lifetime access or any particular product outcome.
