EVBI Platform is $1,000 per month. It provides a foundation for contact and lead management, with agreed lead capture, routing, follow-up and scheduling needs configured to suit the business.
Scope is agreed first
The exact channels, workflows, records and responsibilities are confirmed during discovery and documented before implementation. Capabilities depend on configuration and connected services.
Costs and timing
There is no setup or installation fee. A $500 commencement deposit is credited toward the first month. Third-party phone, SMS, MMS, WhatsApp, email and AI provider charges are separate where they apply. Delivery timing depends on suitable scope, access, content, approvals and receipt of the deposit; a 72–96-hour target is not universal.
